1. Why are your mattresses so cheap?
   We are a home based family run business with low overheads and very low advertising costs. We sell a large quantity of memory mattresses each week and do not have to rely upon a couple of sales to make our profit.
   
   
2. What are the mattress sizes?
   Super Kingsize: 180 x 200 x 20cm, Kingsize : 150 x 200 x 20cm, Double : 135 x 190 x 20cm and Single : 90 x 190 x 20cm
   
   
3. Is the memory mattress good for bad backs and joint problems?
   Yes, a memory mattress will help to support and cushion the problems making it more comfortable to sleep, giving you an even pressure along all your body.
   
   
4. Does it have a mattress cover?
   Yes. Our memory mattresses come with a washable removable zipped cover and it is like any other mattress in appearance.
   
   
5. What does 55Kg/m3 mean?
   The higher the kg/m3 the higher the quality of memory foam, some are as low as 25kg/m3.
   
   
6. I have heard that you can buy spring memory mattresses?
   These do not last as long as foam based memory mattresses and are cheaper to manufacture.
   
   
7. Do memory mattresses get hotter than normal mattresses?
   No, the memory foam is an open celled breathable memory foam.
   
   
8. Are they OK for adjustable beds?
   Yes they are fine, as long as the gaps are not more than the thickness of the slats. The memory mattress will conform to the underlining base.
   
   
9. Can you use a memory foam topper on its own?
   Yes, you can. Some customers have bought them to use when camping or to use as a spare mattress for guests.
   
   
10. Are they ok for slatted bases?
    Yes, any bed base that is firm is ideal. The slats will not cause any problems.
    
    
11. Can i use an electric blanket?
    In the long term it can break down the memory cells, but is okay to use one just to warm the bed and not leave it on all night.
    
    
12. I'm unsure whether to buy a memory mattress or topper
    If your mattress is fairly hard, does not sag, and is only a few years old then purchase a topper. But, if you are intending to replace your bed in the next couple of years then purchase a mattress.
    
    
13. Some manufactures offer a 10 or 15 year guarantee.
    We offer a realistic guarantee. Most companies are not around before the guarantee expires. Also, it is recommended to change your mattresses every 7 years no matter what mattress you have.
