We give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days for a full refund.
If you wish to return the mattress/topper it must be well packaged to prevent any transit damage. There may be a charge for a new cover if it gets damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days. We will, however, endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible.
If you wish to return your mattress it must be made clear in writing, or by email to us before the 14 days expires.
Any mattresses we send that get damaged in transit to the customer, we will replace immediately with no extra courier fees incurred. Or, we will give you your right for a full refund.
Any made to measure bespoke mattresses or toppers will not be covered by the distant selling cancellation rights.(Distant selling regulations 2000). However, any goods received damaged we will replace or offer a full refund.
We will send you a confirmation email with a consignment number so you are able to track your order online.
We will also send you a confirmation vat invoice in the post. Along with the Distant selling regulations.
All prices stated include vat.
If any mattress is incorrectly ordered and has been delivered there will be a £35 charge to get it exchanged.
Any warranty claims, there will be a £40 collection fee.
We offer next working day guaranteed delivery. We can not be held responsible for any delays which may be caused by courier problems. For example, vehicle breakdowns, misroutes etc.

Mattresses and toppers come with a 5 year warranty,but this does not include the cover.
All orders qualify for free next working day delivery within the UK. For international outside UK orders please call us for a price. Any international orders outside UK will have to pay return postage, under the 14 day money back guarantee.
After two delivery attempts all mattresses are returned to us. There will therefore be a charge of £35 to re-send the mattress.
Any damage there may be when receiving your mattress, we must be made aware of within 48 hours of delivery. A.
50% refund on same day dispatch only applies if credit card payment matches postcode and security number.
