We give
you the right to cancel your order within 14 days
for a full refund.
- Any mattress or topper you wish to return must be
well packaged to prevent any transit damage. It also
must be insured by the courier you use. There may be a
charge for a new cover if it gets damaged in transit
due to insufficient packaging.
- All refunds will be processed within 30 days. We
will, however endeavour to process your refund as soon
as possible.
- If you wish to return your mattress it must be
made clear in writing or by email to us before the 14
days expires.
- Any mattresses we send that get damaged in transit
to the customer, we will replace immediately with no
extra courier fees incurred. Or, we will give you your
right for a full refund.
- Any made to measure bespoke mattresses or toppers
will not be covered by the distant selling
cancellation rights.(Distant selling regulations
2000). However, any goods received damaged we will
replace or offer a full refund.
- We will send you a confirmation email, with a
consignment number so you are able to track your order
online.
- We will also send you a confirmation vat invoice
in the post. Along with the Distant selling
regulations.
- All prices stated include vat.
- If any mattress is incorrectly ordered and has
been delivered there will be a £35 charge to get it
exchanged.

- We offer next working day guaranteed delivery. We
can not be held responsible for any delays which may
be caused by courier problems. For example, vehicle
breakdowns, misroutes etc.
- Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.
- Cheques must be received before we despatch your
order.
- All single mattress and topper orders only receive
the one free pillow.
- Mattresses and toppers come with a 5 year
warranty, this does not include the cover.
- We reserve the right to upgrade your free pillows
if the luxury pillows are out of stock at the time of
ordering.
- All orders qualify for free next working day
delivery within the UK. For international orders
please call us for a price.
- After two delivery attempts all mattresses are
returned to us. There will therefore be a charge of
£35 to re-send the mattress.
- Any damage there may be when
receiving your mattress, we must be made aware of at
the earliest opportunity.
- 50% refund on same day dispatch only applies if
credit card payment matches postcode and security
number.
- If you ask for an item to be left in a secure
place, we can not be held responsable if that item
goes missing. We will however provide proof from
Buisiness Post Couriers.
- If mattresses or toppers are stated in the online
shop as being out of stock, the 50% discount will not
apply.
- We offer FREE NEXT WORKING DAY
DELIVERY. for all orders placed before
1:00pm. All orders received after 1pm on Friday will
be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Once you
have placed your order we will send you online
tracking details.
- If we state we are closed on the homepage, the 50%
dispatch refund guarantee will not apply
- All New Generation mattresses
will come supplied with either an Outlast, Coolmax, Aloe Vera or
Luxury Velour cover subject to availability.
- The warranty covers the
following:-
- You agree only to use the
products for their normal and proper use and not to
alter or modify or otherwise interfer with them.
- You agree to follow the
manufacturer`s instructions supplied with the products
and not to use them in a careless or negligent manner.
- 5 year guarantee for
mattresses, 3 year guarantee for toppers.
- The guarantee covers physical
defects or changes that cause a visible indentation
(more than 2cm) in the reflex or vasco foam material.
- The guarantee does not cover
normal changes in hardness or properties that do not
affect the pressure relieving properties, nor does it
cover light discolouration of polyurethane foams.
- If a
claim is made under the guarantee you must present
an invoice or sales
